I shot some video from the Carrot Tower, which is next to my apartment in Sangenjaya. I thought it would be fun to play around with making a tilt-shift video, since there was a cool view of the Setagaya Line.
I made a quick little piece of super-80s music to go with it, but it’s just a quick sketch. I just wanted to see how it would look before I spent too much time going crazy on it. Maybe I’ll try this idea again later.
